This course is ideal for students with foundational experience, Rhythms and Expressions blends technique with cultural exploration, allowing students to develop as dancers in both classical (Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, and Mohiniyattam) and folk traditions. This program also encourages a deeper emotional engagement with dance, enhancing their storytelling abilities and fostering a sense of community through group performances.

Expanded Technique and Footwork: Building on basic adavus, students tackle more complex sequences, exploring tala (rhythm) variations and layam (tempo changes).
